The brief, to rebuild and maintain the character of the existing derelict building and continue the style seamlessly throughout the new additions. Due to the site position, the units have been arranged in such a way to create natural wind barriers. The magnificent views of the surrounding coast line are maintained by inserting strategic breaks in the building groups yet also retain a level of privacy.

The type of unit varies between apartments and houses, offering a variety of options for a more diverse use. The projects aims to enhance the area by generating a quality level of tourism to the area where holiday makers can enjoy the unique beauty of the environment and golfers have access to high end accommodation and immediate access to two mature and renowned golf courses.
